Overhang along south side of building reduce solar heat gain and provide a covered patio suitable for outdoor special events
Building forms the final piece of a newly defined green space
The project is seeking LEED Gold certification
Sustainable strategies include: • Daylight and views incorporated into all public and common spaces • Two rainwater cisterns collect rain for irrigation system • Low flow plumbing fixtures
